Job Description:
We are hiring experienced HCC Coders who are willing to transition into Home Health Coding (HHC). Candidates should have strong ICD10 coding knowledge and familiarity with riskadjustment concepts. Prior Home Health Coding experience is an added advantage but not mandatorytraining will be provided for the HHC process.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HCC Medical Coding.
- Strong knowledge of ICD10CM & HCC risk adjustment.
- Good communication, analytical skills & ability to adapt to new coding processes.
- Willingness to be trained on Home Health Coding.
Qualifications
- Any Life Science / Medical / Paramedical background preferred.
- Coding certifications (CPC/CCA/CCS) preferred but not mandatory.
