Good understanding of accounting concepts and double-entry bookkeeping
Proficiency in web-based accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Word
Clear and professional written communication skills for emails and accounting instructions
Strong sense of ownership, with a high focus on accuracy and quality
Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow established accounting procedures
Flexibility to support work during peak workload periods
Willingness to work in an office-based role in Chennai (Thousand Lights)

Scope of Work

Handling daily bookkeeping transactions
Bank statement reviews and bank reconciliations
Posting and reviewing journal entries
Assisting in preparation of quarterly income and expenditure reports
Supporting the team with UK VAT return-related activities
Working closely with senior team members to ensure compliance with internal controls and timelines

We are planning to hire 10 internship candidates for a fixed-term engagement till 30th April and would like to proceed with the interview process as detailed below.
