The AR Analyst position focuses on handling unpaid medical claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely claim reimbursement. The Charge Entry role requires accurate data entry of medical claims along with strong knowledge of CPT codes, modifiers, and billing guidelines.
Freshers are not eligible for this walk-in drive. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in physician billing is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
AR Analyst – Denial Management
- Perform AR follow-up for unpaid claims with US insurance providers.
- Analyze denied claims and initiate corrective actions.
- Handle common denial codes with proper understanding of denial reasons.
- Work on HCFA-1500 claim forms ensuring billing accuracy.
- Submit appeals and verify claim status using payer portals.
- Apply CPT codes, E&M coding, and modifiers accurately.
- Work with HMO and PPO insurance plans.
Charge Entry
- Execute accurate charge and DEMO entry processes.
- Use E&M CPT codes (99202–99215).
