Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries through text, calls, tickets, and emails.
  • Handle escalated customer support concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues ranging from billing to technical challenges.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate and support clients as needed.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to customer satisfaction daily.

Requirements:

  • Less than one year of proven experience in customer support.
  • Preferred experience in a customer-driven, remote work environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills across telephone, email, and text, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong technical/computer skills, including the use of multi-screen systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking and familiarity with video streaming protocols (RTSP, SMTP, HTTP).
  • Structured and self-motivated approach to achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Passionate about customer service and eager to learn new software.
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
