Job Description:
Process: US Voice and Non Voice
Shifts: Night shift with fixed Sat and Sun weekoffs
Qualification: Any UG Graduates (Between 2023 – 2025 are eligible)
Location: DLF IT PARK, Ramapuram, Chennai
Notice Period: Immediate joiners
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calling and Non-Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status.
- Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
- Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
- Prior experience on charge entry and payment posting
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
