As a Product Consultant for our Support Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist clients with their inquiries effectively.
- Would be interfacing with prospects/existing clients via phone, email, chat, and face-to-face and web meetings needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with International clients.
- Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
- Create and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions, contributing to the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing client needs.
- Provide proactive support to customers and prospects.
Qualifications
- This is a full-time Opportunity for a Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles or L1/L2 Technical Support.
- Willingness to work in Rotational shifts.

- Experience working in a metric-driven environment and hands-on experience in dealing with international clients.
