Role: Associate/Sr. Associate

• Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customers for their Internet related issues by Voice and Chat.
• Qualification: HSC / Diploma / UG & PG Arts and Science / UG & PG Engineering graduates can apply
• Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
• Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues
• Should be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts – 9.5 hour working
• Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup and drop)
• 5 days working 2 days off
