- Good communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Need to clear Versant test C2 Level
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with good accuracy
- Strong written communication with focus on empathy & clarity Adhere to company policies and legal requirements while handling sensitive information securely.
- Address and resolve complex complaints, ensuring quick turnaround while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Actively work to retain customers by understanding their concerns and offering tailored solutions.
