Premier Acquisition Manager / Acquisition Manager CASA
- Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Account (CASA) products through open market and field sales activities in and around Kolkata.
- Generate leads, achieve CASA sales targets, and cross-sell applicable banking products.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines during customer acquisition.
- Provide superior customer service and resolve queries promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a UGC-recognized university.
- 1–4 years of experience in CASA sales or field sales in banking/financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
