Job Description:

Job Summary –

  • Handle Back Office tasks for customer service
  • Review of Customer cases
  • Updating account information, resolving simple to medium-complex requests
  • Ensuring accuracy while following all process guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating with Operations and other support functions for any help related on cases
  • Follow the guidelines set out for cases handling
  • All the KPI/KRA’s assigned to be met

Skills required:

  • Having strong English verbal and written language skills that enable the associate to conduct, understand and handle free-flowing and difficult cases, whilst comprehending and responding to the needs of each customer.
  • Ability to actively review and examine with purpose and in clear, concise, and understand the issues that the customers need resolving.
  • Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills are a must
  • Must have basic skills with usage of MS word and MS excel
  • Ability to provide clear explanations so that the customer understands the information the associate wishes to convey.
  • Flexible working in rotational and night shift.

Years of experience needed – 6 to 12 months in International Customer Service, Collections and Fraud Back Office
