Role & responsibilities

  • Handle backend operations related to telecom services, ensuring accurate data entry and validation.
  • Process customer requests and service orders using internal systems and tools.
  • Perform quality checks on provisioning, billing, and network configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain SLA compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of telecom processes (provisioning, activation, billing).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts .
  • Excellent written communication for documentation and reporting.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility:
