Role – HR Recruiter
Location – Chennai ( T.Nagar) & Coimbatore (Avinashi road,peelamedu) (WFO-Night shift 8PM – 5AM)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Any graduates eligible.
- Aspiring candidates looking to build a career in HR.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Willingness to work night shifts with fixed timing and week-offs.
- Demonstrated interest in HR functions and a strong commitment to learning and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source resumes from diverse channels, including job boards, and compile a shortlist of potential qualified candidates.
- Engage with potential qualified candidates and evaluate them through a phone-screening process.
- Present vetted candidates, who meet the qualifications, to the end client for consideration.
