Job Description

PTC is looking for Associate Product Analysts to join its Windchill PLM Support team in Pune. The selected candidates will provide technical support to customers by resolving installation, configuration, and functionality issues related to Windchill products during India business hours.

The role involves troubleshooting customer-reported issues, documenting solutions, collaborating with research and development (R&D) and quality assurance (QA) teams, and maintaining technical documentation within the company’s knowledge base. Candidates will also contribute to improving support processes while developing expertise in Windchill PLM technologies.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with global customers, gain practical experience in enterprise software support, and build a strong foundation in Product Lifecycle Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Windchill product installation, configuration, and functionality issues.
