About the Aspire Program

The Aspire Program molds young professionals into Relationship Managers, responsible for building and managing customer relationships, providing banking solutions, and driving sales. The program includes:

  • Training: Intensive 2 months of classroom residential training
  • Role: Post-training placement in RM roles involving client interaction, sales, and customer service
  • Travel: Role requires travel within and around assigned cities
  • Relocation: Applicants should be willing to work in any location across India based on bank requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 60% marks in 10th standard and graduation
  • Fresh graduates or engineers from any discipline, or MBA/Post-graduates
  • Age should be below 25 years
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months only
  • Candidate should be locationally flexible and willing to do sales
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Stipend: ₹18,000 per month during the training period
  • Starting Salary (CTC): ₹4.50 Lakh to ₹5.00 Lakh per annum (location dependent)

Selection Process

Step 1: Online Aptitude Test

  • Duration: 85 minutes
  • Sections include: Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and Video-Based Questions

Step 2: Face-to-Face Personal Interview

  • Conducted after successful clearance of the aptitude test
  • Dress code: Business formal
  • Interview may be a day-long process
