Job Description

The AR Caller role involves working in the healthcare revenue cycle management process. Selected candidates will be responsible for contacting insurance companies in the United States to follow up on outstanding medical claims and ensure timely payment of accounts receivable.

This is a voice-based role that requires strong English communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Candidates will also be required to analyze insurance claims, resolve queries, and follow predefined business guidelines while ensuring service quality standards are met.
