Roles & Responsiblities:
- 3 to 8 Years of experience in QA role in BFS domain. (Please do not include insurance, PPI experienced candidates), preferable experienced in leading a QA team.
- Develop and deploy a Quality Approach mechanism for the services delivered.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets of Service.
- Deploy Tracking, reporting and feedback mechanisms on place from a QA standpoint.
- Structured Problem solving, through the application of the lean Six sigma tools.
- Should be able to develop Root Cause Analysis for any incidents that may be reported along with corrective actions.
- Analyzing the pain points through the historical data to arrive at top contributors of errors
- Should be able to develop action plans based on analysis of QA scores and drive them where required.
- Ensure the adherence of the QMS through process & ISO audits.
- Prepare and Maintain the QMS documentation
- Innovator & Out-of-Box thinker who is willing to go an extra mile
