Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end offline merchant onboarding activities.
- Verify and validate merchant KYC documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure onboarding processes meet company policies and defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with sales, compliance, and business development teams to resolve onboarding issues.
- Monitor onboarding turnaround times and suggest process improvements.
