Job Description
Hexaware is hiring for Executive and Senior Executive roles in the Domestic Voice Process. The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide prompt resolutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and following a 5-day work week with 2 rotational week offs.
The position is strictly work from office in Chennai. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
