Job Description
Hexaware Technologies is hiring candidates for the role of Executive and Senior Executive in the Domestic Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidates will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and delivering service as per company standards. The position requires individuals who are confident in Tamil communication along with basic English skills.
Selected candidates will work from the Chennai office and should be comfortable working in rotational shifts with a five-day work week and two rotational days off. Immediate joiners with strong communication abilities and prior experience in voice processes will be given preference.
