Job Responsibilities

To ensure First level proactive and reactive maintenance.
Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA.
To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with first level operations and investigate faults/cause related.
Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer Operations/CC center
To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions
and solutions

Skills & Competencies
