Role Overview: Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be a key player in driving efficiency and productivity across business units by analyzing systems and business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate real-time data, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and optimize healthcare outcomes.

Objective of the Role

To develop, analyze, and implement innovative system solutions and business processes that improve operational efficiency while ensuring accurate communication and collaboration across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, security, and compliance to gather, analyze, and document system and business requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate systems processes using real-time data analytics
  • Lead quality assurance activities and communicate findings at every stage of systems development
  • Develop management plans and status reports for project transparency
  • Support user testing and troubleshoot system issues to maximize usability
  • Maintain internal and external documentation and deliver timely updates
  • Foster strong partnerships to enhance systems integration and respond to executive inquiries with research-backed recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in analytics and systems development
  • High proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience generating process documentation and reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and technical writing
  • Project management and user testing experience
